Wedding content Creation Assistant
Grace & Light Media partners with local, full-service wedding content creation businesses to give couples access to exclusive discounted rates. By booking through me, you can add a content creator to your wedding day experience at a special rate through these partnerships.
Simply select the Wedding Day Content Assistant option in your quote and choose the number of hours you’d like coverage. I’ll reach out to my content creation partners to check availability and coordinate the booking and contracting process on your behalf.

Do you travel for photoshoots?
Absolutely! I love getting to photograph couples in new places, whether that’s somewhere in the Ozarks or a little farther from home.
Travel is included within my local service area. For locations outside of that area, a travel fee may apply based on the distance. If you have a dream location in mind, send it my way and we’ll figure it out!
Do you offer planning/coordinator services?
I offer Wedding Day Experience Consulting to help you feel prepared and confident leading up to your wedding day. This includes vendor recommendation guidance, photography-related planning, and helping you think through the details that affect your photo experience.
I am not a full-service wedding planner or day-of coordinator, so I do not create or manage your full wedding timeline, coordinate vendors, or oversee the wedding day. My focus is making sure you feel prepared for the photography side of your day and that we have everything we need to create beautiful images!
Do you offer discounts?
My pricing is based on the experience, time, and care that goes into every wedding, so I don’t offer discounts or negotiate my collections.
That said, I do occasionally offer special promotions, seasonal offerings, or limited-time opportunities. If you’re looking for a specific collection or have a particular budget in mind, I’m always happy to help you find the best fit within my available options!
I don’t have a date yet. Can I still inquire?
Absolutely! You don’t have to have every detail figured out before reaching out. If you’re still choosing your date or venue, I’m happy to chat about your plans, what you’re looking for, and what dates may work best for your vision.
Once you have a date and venue, we can get everything officially booked!
Do you partner with Content Creators?
Grace & Light Media has the special opportunity to partner with local, full-service wedding content creation businesses. Through these partnerships, I’m able to offer my couples exclusive discounted rates when booking a content creator through me!
If you’d like to include this service, you can select the Wedding Day Content Assistant option in your quote and choose how many hours you’d like your creator to be present. From there, I’ll reach out to my content creation partners to check availability and coordinate the booking on your behalf. Once a creator is secured, I’ll handle the contracting process to help make everything as seamless as possible!!
Because these creators also book weddings independently, availability can vary by date. While I can’t guarantee a creator until availability has been confirmed, I’ll do my best to secure someone for your day!
